  • PALMER'S Cocoa Butter formula Vitamin E Scar Serum combines five powerful ingredients: cocoa butter, shark oil, silicone, onion extract, vitamin E.  
  • Reduce the appearance of scars resulting from surgery, injury, burns, stretch marks, C-sections, cuts, scrapes and insect bites.
